Valentine's Day Letters Quest Help - 2015

The line of quests started by Derek in Silverglade Village didn't change much this year, but here is a comprehensive post outlining where I found all of my letters this year.

Here are screenshots to show you what you will see on your screen as you near and leave an area with a Valentine's Day letter.

This is the first letter, near Silverglade Castle.  Just like last year, I had to go around the hills behind the castle to find it.

The rest of these are out of order number-wise but should still give you a good idea of where to look.

This one was on Moorland Beach, near the path that leads down towards the fisherman.

This one was near Nilmer's Highland, in the area with the trees and brush.

This was the hardest to find for me.  It was in Valedale and not anywhere near where I thought it would be.  I had to venture down the beach path to find it.

This one was near the Pony Championship person, on the road to Fort Pinta.

This was in Fort Pinta, right in front of the stable.

This is what the letter looks like from afar - it has hearts and sparkles.

This is the first letter in Golden Hills Valley.  For me it was near the path that leads down towards the race in the valley.

This was the one I found in Cape West Fishing Village.

This is the one I found in The Harvest Counties, near the Goldspur's race.

Some tips and notes:
The locations are different for everyone; this is meant as a guide to show you possible locations and areas where they can be found.
Don't give up!  They are near where you hear the chime and see the message that there's one nearby.
The Golden Hills Valley locations still require you to have opened up that zone, which happens around level 12-13.  If you cannot enter the area, you will not be able to find them all!
There are a total of nine letters this year, same as last year.

If you found yours in odd locations or had to search for a long time, please feel free to comment with the coords of where you found yours or link to a screenshot.
If you have any questions, check out the Star Stable facebook page and read the discussions on there.
I'm a mere player, the advice I've offered is all that I know and I can't "help" any more than tell you to keep looking.

Thanks for reading and Happy Trails!

Stars Over the Field Daily Quest

This post is intended to help those who are stuck or lost on the 'Stars Over the Field' daily quest offered by Mario at the Observatory.  He tells you there are three stars that fell overnight, and then shows you through the telescope where they fell, but does not mark these locations on your map.  In order to review the locations, you must ride all the way back to the Observatory and check the telescope again. I've taken screenshots of the view through the telescope as well as the close-up view with my map included in the photo, in order to better show the location. Star Stone between boulders: Star Stone near ditch: It may be helpful at this time to mention that it is a little ways away from the bonfire for Midsummer Festival. Star Stone near the Baroness' race track: This one is really easy, so easy that I forgot to include a map picture.  It's right next to the gondola and construction area as soon as you come down from

Who let the donkeys out? (A Star Stable guide to save time!)

Heya StarFam, what’s up? I just finished finding all the mini-donkeys added on Wednesday’s update, thanks in large part to Minatozy’s video (here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuW1lZiOE-g ) Because she already made such a great guide, I’d like to offer a different approach. Her video showed the donkeys in the order they’re listed in the journal. I’m going to show you the best route to take to waste the least amount of time. Read first : All listed coordinates are in x, y format. You can view coordinates by opening your in-game map and moving your mouse pointer over different areas of the map. The coordinates are listed above the description in the tooltip above your mouse pointer, in white font. (Some areas will say the name of the area [like The Forgotten Fields] next to the coordinates. Some won’t.) It will also show your current coordinates in the bottom right side of your map. It doesn’t show them on the minimap. If you left-mouse click on an area of the map, it will creat
