The Final Ghost and Finishing up the Story Quests

Today has been a really long and productive day in Star Stable.
I finally found the final ghost, which is on the Dark Core headquarters barge.
Once you've done the initial quest to go out there, you won't be able to return until you are given a quest by Elizabeth Sunbeam, and she won't give you this quest until you reach Popular with the Sun Circle, which I just did today.  She'll tell you it's time to figure out what they're up to and tell you to head to Carney at Silverglade Winery to pick up some diesel for Captain Brus.

Here's a screenshot of the final ghost on the barge.

You have to wait until you're almost done out there, once you've made your way past all of the guards, and you'll receive a quest dialogue to find a vantage point on the helipad as it appears there are people up there.  Instead of continuing the quest, I went around the side which slopes upward, and maneuvered around until I got to the ghost, which you can see vaguely as a sparkly shape, similar to its appearance once it begins to dissipate.

If you didn't see my last post, this is the site where I found the map of the 29 ghosts that helped me finish mine.  http://starstable-help-en.jimdo.com/the-quests/halloween-13/  (This should open in a new window.)

I then continued my story quest, which has more to do with Dark Core, how evil they are, and how Justin is now a bad guy, too.

I'd like to point out how odd and worrisome it was that I came across at least 3 of the messages stating that additional content will be added in the future between yesterday and today.  I hope they come out with new content soon if I'm already at the end of it!

After returning from the Dark Core HQ and running all around the map some more, I had to help save Silverglade Village!

This is what it looks like inside one of the pink cracks, when you have to use your new-found power to defeat them.

Note the blue star.  You have to click on these whenever you see them.  It's like a mini-game.

So after finding more cracks and saving the world, I received another "Good job and stay tuned for what more we have to offer" message.

I'm glad I had so much to do in one day but worry now that I won't have anything other than races and chores pretty soon - as in tomorrow.

Hopefully that's not the case, and hopefully they dangle another 'carrot on a stick' in front of my face to keep me interested.

Thanks for reading and Happy Trails!

Stars Over the Field Daily Quest

This post is intended to help those who are stuck or lost on the 'Stars Over the Field' daily quest offered by Mario at the Observatory.  He tells you there are three stars that fell overnight, and then shows you through the telescope where they fell, but does not mark these locations on your map.  In order to review the locations, you must ride all the way back to the Observatory and check the telescope again. I've taken screenshots of the view through the telescope as well as the close-up view with my map included in the photo, in order to better show the location. Star Stone between boulders: Star Stone near ditch: It may be helpful at this time to mention that it is a little ways away from the bonfire for Midsummer Festival. Star Stone near the Baroness' race track: This one is really easy, so easy that I forgot to include a map picture.  It's right next to the gondola and construction area as soon as you come down from

Who let the donkeys out? (A Star Stable guide to save time!)

Heya StarFam, what’s up? I just finished finding all the mini-donkeys added on Wednesday’s update, thanks in large part to Minatozy’s video (here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuW1lZiOE-g ) Because she already made such a great guide, I’d like to offer a different approach. Her video showed the donkeys in the order they’re listed in the journal. I’m going to show you the best route to take to waste the least amount of time. Read first : All listed coordinates are in x, y format. You can view coordinates by opening your in-game map and moving your mouse pointer over different areas of the map. The coordinates are listed above the description in the tooltip above your mouse pointer, in white font. (Some areas will say the name of the area [like The Forgotten Fields] next to the coordinates. Some won’t.) It will also show your current coordinates in the bottom right side of your map. It doesn’t show them on the minimap. If you left-mouse click on an area of the map, it will creat
